Impress - image tiling in footer

LibreOffice Version: 4.1.3.2
Win 7 with 8gb ram

I am trying to insert a logo image into the Master slide footer - but it constantly tiles across the whole footer.

Click the footer object, so that you are not in edit mode but have resize handles. Goto Format > Area or use item ‘Area’ of the context menu. In dialog page ‘Area’ uncheck the option ‘Tile’.
