I have a page of endnotes How do I put the title «Endnotes» on the top of that page?

Please have a look at Heading for endnotes page.
That works fine for me (LibreOffice 4.1.3).
Another way with the title in the header:
Menu: Format → Styles and Formatting (F11) → Page Styles → Endnote
Right-click context menu: Modify...
Header tab → ☑ Header on (enabled)
OK
Type your title into the header.
