formatting a spreadsheet for printing, I want the top 2 rows to be locked and repeat on each page as header rows. One can do this in MSExcel.

You can set the Rows to Repeat and/or Columns to Repeat in hindsight.
If a sheet has more than one print range, title rows and title columns afflict them all the same way…
