filter row hidden

I have a worksheet that has a filter row (possibly Row4). I selected a name and the sheet filtered as normal, however, the filter row is hidden (i.e. “Row 4” is not visible) so I can’t select All. How do I clear the filter to reveal all rows? Incidentally, I saved the spreadsheet so I can’t just close without saving.

I didn’t understand the “selected name and the filter row is hidden” part, but you can remove the filter, i.e. place the cell cursor somewhere in the data range and menu Data → More Filters… → Reset Filter. If the row instead is hidden, not filtered, then select rows 3 to 5 and on the row headers right click for context menu → Show Rows.

Thanks for replying.
The row with filter arrows was filtered out. It isn’t a Hidden row - apologies for not being clear.
My filter allows me to see rows 1, 118.119, 122, 131, 210 and all rows from 236 onwards.
I have selected a cell within one of the filtered rows, however “Reset Filter” is greyed out. I’ve tried various other cells with no diifference.

it’s sometimes difficult to work on a filter if you don’t know the range it’s set for, or have multiple filters on a sheet affecting each other, afaik selecting a superset of rows or even the whole sheet and then right clicking the row headers left of the sheet and ‘show rows’ gets the rows back,
reg. backup: check if you have without knowing it, sometimes ‘always create backup copy’, if set prior to problem, gives nice help if you don’t f.ck it by new saves,

THanks, newbie-02. I selected the row headers for rows 1 to 236,right;clicked and selected Show rows. All good now.

This was the solution, from newbie-02:
