How to save a pdf in read/write mode
When I send the pdf it is in read only mode and I neeed it to be editable...how to save in write mode is what I need before sending the pdf as an email

you are trapped by the marketing strategy of Adobe (c), get everyone to use it - read - for free, and get them to pay once they want to work on it ...
LO did a little trick, you can save pdf's in 'hybrid mode', then the original ods or odf is embedded in the pdf - or other way around - and can be used for editing,
be careful not to inadvertently spread confidential data, LO documents often contain hidden information e.g. in macros ...
and be careful, once such a document is spreaded everyone can use your your templates, e.g. your stationery ...
