I have a reproducible crash when using LibreOffice Vanilla 7.0.1 via macOS App store during presentations. I’m using multiple screens and the slideshow can be induced to become unresponsive with 100% CPU use when you select ‘show slides’. (Currently using macOS Mojave 10.14.6)
Steps to reproduce:
- Have a second display (e.g. laptop with hdmi output)
- Load a presentation
- Start slide show
- Select ‘Show Notes’
- Then select ‘show slides’
What happens: Spinning beachball and 100% CPU use before ‘Not Responding’ requires you to force quite LibreOffice.
What should happen: Notes are replaced by a scrollable pane of slides, so a user might jump to a slide in their deck.
