I can play the .ogg file from windows explorer in W10, but whenever I try to import it into Impress I get an error message.
Example: ScottishCeltic.ogg on commons.wikimedia.org.
The example comes from commons.wikimedia.org. The wikimedia foundation works with open source tools and free formats. So I guess it should be possible to use the format they encoded ans play it from within libre office?
