If I go to Format Cells and set the format as shown below, I can get the date (partially) in Bengali.

But the problem is, the numbers are still in English. See here.

Is there an way I can get the numbers in Bengali as well?

I tried changing the font to some Bengali font, without avail.

Thanks in advance.

There exists a setting in Tools > Options > Language Settings > Complex Text Layout, section General Options > Numberals. Hindi or System or Context might work for you, please try.

It did not work. System or Context keep the numbers unchanged. Hindi produced Arabic (yes, from Arabic language, not Arabic system) numerals.
