I scanned 10 pages into one saved document but when I open the docuement from my saved documents only one page is viewable and the document is displayed in draw.
Choose menu View - Page Pane to view the other pages.
If you saved your scanned pages in PDF format, Draw will be the LibreOffice component which will open it.
Tested with LibreOffice 6.3.6.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
