I have a master document composed of at least 500 subdocuments prepared by different authors, and having half a dozen different naming conventions. The subdocuments are of the type that they are comingled in Navigator, and the file names bear no relation to the contents of the subdocument.
In an attempt to organize the content, I would like to change the file name to match the content and its chapter name or location in the document, but I would also like to avoid importing all of the subdocuments again because I have to read each one and determine where it goes.
Is there a simple way to rename the files through Navigator or something such as that, and do an update so that each new name is displayed at the same place in the Navigator listing?
