Searching the web and there is a tutorial on GeoGebra web page. It looks like GeoGebra is capable of storing an image into clipboard that can be pasted in other tools like LibreOffice.

Try this tutorial and report back if it is working: http://wiki.geogebra.org/en/Tutorial:Export_of_Pictures_to_the_Clipboard

It not working then you need to provide more detailed information what is not working. Do you get any error or something. What happens when you execute paste in LibreOffice, any error?

If this does not work, then in GeoGebra try to save an image into PNG or JPEG file format and then in LibreOffice Writer use: Insert | Picture | From file and select the image.

@L-user OK, so I use Version: 4.1.3.2 Build ID: 4.1.3.2 Arch Linux build-2

It's not working at all. When I try to paste image from clipboard into LO Writer nothing happens. LO detects something is in clipboard though but it does not paste it. Inserting image other way works just fine.
