Other Mac apps, like Pages, Safari etc, scroll in a smoother way, at least when using the trackpad. Can I configure Libreoffice Writer (and other apps) for Mac to behave in this way? “Smooth scrolling” does not appear to affect scrolling behavior. Using Libreoffice 3.5.3.2 for Mac OS X.
Hi Anonymous, Is LibreOffice still experiencing jerky scrolling? Did you find an answer to your problem?
Something else to test: What happens when you use a mouse? Is the scrolling any smoother with a mouse or with a mouse wheel?

If you’re still having scrolling woes, please file an enhancement bug and provide as much information as possible. Don’t forget to mark your bug as an ‘enhancement’. The QA team will be happy to help you triage your feature request in the bugtracker.
