Unable To Input Data Into Sub-Form Fields

I’m currently using LibreOffice Base Version 6.4.6.2 (x64). Using the Form Wizard, I’ve created two tables (e.g. table 1, table 2). I’ve created one form “Form 1” that will store the data into table 1 and added a sub-form to “Form 1” as well to store the data into table 2. In total there is only one form “Form 1” just to be clear. What I realized, is that if I do not first input data into table 1 prior to actually using “Form 1”, “Form 1” will not allow for me to input data/text directly into the sub-form section of “Form 1”.

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the entire point of using a form, is to be able to input data into? If so, why am I not able to input any data whatsoever into the sub-form section of “Form 1”, without first inputting the data into “table 1”? Doesn’t this defeat the original purpose of using forms?

According to LibreOffice Base Documentation, it states, “Databases are used to store data. But, how is the data put into the database? Forms are used to do this.” Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, what is the cause and solution for this issue? Thanks.

Disregard issue. After uninstalling LO Base Version 6.4.6.2 (x64) and performing a new/fresh install, everything appears to be working correctly. Should have done this first. Would have saved myself at least two days of testing and debugging. Thanks.
