Hi experts,
In Base, setting a Combo Box, I’m trying to make a list from another’s table name and updating the id.
The window Properties: Combo Box > Data do not appears the “Bound field” option. That means I’m not linking the two tables in my Form.
Can anybody tell me how to activate this option?
Also in the Wizard tool there is no Field Link window.

Hi Alex: Not sure if your trouble is with a LIST or a COMBO BOX. If you want to the user to select from a list, and have the ID of the chosen list record written to a FILTER TABLE (for example), then you must get the FORM hierarchy correct. Can you please post a screenshot of the LIST BOX properties window and the FORM hierarchy for the FORM NAVIGATOR window (with a main form containing a sub-form?) Also a screen shot of the MAIN FORM properties. It’s always easier to help you if you provide as much info as possible about your problem.

I see where is the problem. Exactly in this confusion.
I was pretending to use a COMBO BOX, when I needed was a LIST.
Now it works as it should.
