Where did you fail? And what means without success exactly (You did not find the download page, it did not completely download, download broke down, subsequent installation failed with (which?) error code or any other of plenty reasons to fail).
Without any information the answer must read: Go to https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ and click the yellow Download button.

Are you on Windows 10? You might be blocked from installing apps from outside Microsoft's control. To allow apps to be installed click on
Start Menu > Settings > Apps > Apps and Features
and under Choose where to get apps change from Microsoft store only to AnywhereIf downloads are being blocked click
Control Panel > Internet Options > Security
and change slider to Medium-High. Click on the Custom level button and scroll down to Downloads and ensure Downloads are enabled. If you are on Windows S then I am pretty sure you can only install from Microsoft app store, there is a version of LO there but you have to pay for it.
