How is it possible to insert a draw object into writer so that every time the draw object is modified, it gets automatically updated into writer whenever this last document is loaded?
I don’t think you can. I haven’t found a way to include a Draw document in a Writer document; you need to export drawings to a format that Writer can import. See How do I take One LibreOffice Writer Document several Draw pages => PDF file
