Standard basic library-where can I find it ?

Where can I find this “Standard Basic Library” and everything what’s in it in LO? How do I move Code to the Standard Library ? I new to LibreOffice still and I do not know even what module is ! See also this:

Basic code delivered as working code with a document must always be contained in a module of the Standard Basic library of the respective document.
Code you want to work with any document should be moved to the Standard library of the local LibreOffice.

Many contributors monitor tags to catch questions in their field. It is then extremely important to correctly tag in order to get a quick and relevant answer. meta is for questions regarding this site and its deficiencies. Obviously, this is not your case.

Please click on the retag link to replace meta with common (question not target at a specific component like Write, Calc or Impress). Hit space key twice to exit retag mode.

@max2:

This is a “revival” of a thread where @ajlittoz first tried to get things clear, and then I tried to answer your original question, and you urged me to do everything for you, always stressing your “I new to LibreOffice”.
What you posted as the second paragraph above is copied from my last stement there. You did’nt either mark it as a quotation, or mention the author, or link to the original question (Third central and non-central moment in LO).

If you continue this way, you will be “new to everything” for all the time to come.
Try to learn how forums and related sites work,
Learn about quoting and linking,
Read a few pages of the documentation. …
But you need “higher moments”.

As urgent as your request was, you are now disinterested? You did neither post a “thanks” nor upvote/accept the answer by @anon73440385 or comment on it in a specific way. No reaction on above comment. (I retagged the thread meanwhile.)

Do you apply for"Narcissist of the Year"?

Danke schön @Lupp

Hello,

  • Create a new document
  • Tools -> Macros -> Organize Macros ->Basic ...
  • Select your new document on the left pane
  • Click button New
  • Provide a name for your new module (or accept preset name Module1)
  • Click OK

Library Standard has been created in conjunction with your new module Module1

Hope that helps.
