I want to change the name of Libreoffice to our own name. I also want to change the logo and image to our new logo image. Please help.
Some strings can be altered in configure before building. Look at its help. Other thinks need to be altered in the source. Most of the latter are in the directory instsetoo_native. But I’m no developer. I think, you should ask this on the developer list or ask on IRC, see Development - The Document Foundation Wiki
