I have a calc document and want to create a pivot table from there, how do I fix that?

@LeifSweden - your question is a bit general, hence Data -> Pivot Table would be the general response. But I’m quite sure that you are looking for a more specific answer (hence only commenting). If true, you need to be more specific about your data and what you want to achieve. A (simplified, anonymized) sample file and description of how you would like to aggregate the data would be very helpful.
