need customize apps or software using libreoffice calc / database

I’m doing Mobile phone retail business. for my business I need to maintain my stock, sale , purchase , payment
all kinds of accounting inventory using only Libreoffice in Ubuntu.
Do anyone help me to create accounting inventory by using Libreoffice .
or anybody already create that kind of apps for Libreoffice , please give me details.

Yes. Open Source software .
which contains : Purchase, Sales, Contra, Payment, Stock and Journel entry.
I saw few videos in Youtube but all use MS Excel and VBA script .
I’m using Ubuntu linux.
