Firstly, thanks who have tried to sort this for me (not found how to get to the original discussion and reply to it.
I have managed to create file (A) with a blank table with no headers or footers and correct dimensions, and simply added 30 more pages with [copy] and [paste].
I also have another file (B) of the same dimensions with text in all cells.
The problem is on file (B) I can use[Table/Select/Table] but on file (A) I can only use [Table/Select] - the Table box is greyed out.
All I want to do is to select the entire table in (A) and copy into (B).
