Is it allowed use the name LibreOffice a domain?

1. Would it be allowed to register a domain name like libreoffice101.com?
2. Could one host a blog on it with howto articles
3. Would it be allowed to earn money from it with ads or selling a course.

I did read the trademark policy on this but it still is not entirely clear to me:
