When we use Fontworks in a text document, save the document, and then reopen it, we find that the Fontworks images have disappeared. Why is this happening? What can we do to correct the problem?

There has been Bug 60910 - FILESAVE loses Fontwork/shape objects (LO 4.0.0), resolved/fixed in LO 4.0.4 / 4.1.0.
