Used wondershare pdf, now I can no longer create pdfs with LibreOffice. Help?

I needed to mark up a pdf, and installed Wondershare PDF. IT converted every PDF on my computer to their software. I uninstalled it, and now none of my pdfs are viewable without additional software. How can I get back the LibreOffice ability to create and view PDFs?

How can I get back the LibreOffice ability to create

Completely incomprehensible how some software could influence LibreOffice’s ability to create PDFs (influence on ability to open existing and modified PDFs is a different story).

Don’t understand that - PDF should be PDF and if the software made your PDFs unreadable to a PDF reader (which LibreOffice isn’t at all) then you should turn to Wondershare PDF. I can’t see how any user of LibreOffice could help here.

You’re on Windows and Wondershare PDF made itself the default program to open PDFs. So you need to tell Windows what program should open PDFs from now on.

There is no way that any software except malware can disable features of other software. Really. You should get a bit more knowledgeable about computers and software.

Open File explorer (Ctrl+E) find a pdf file, right-click on it and from the context menu select Open with > Choose another app. In the dialog that opens select your favourite pdf reader and tick the box that says Always use this app to open pdf files.

You may have seen LibreOffice Draw on the Open with list of apps; that is a good place for it to be, you don’t want it as default to open pdf but as an option. You can also open pdfs in Draw by opening Draw then File > Open and navigate to the pdf, select it and click Open.
