Clicking on an object brings up a toolbar I don't need

In LibreOffice Impress, Each time I click on some text, or an image, or really anything in my presentation, it opens a useless toolbar at the top showing some options for the currently selected object. Even when I open my presentation, it opens the “Presentation” toolbar. This is really annoying, how could I stop it from happening? Thanks!

The next time that a toolbar pops-up, choose menu View - Toolbars, and unmark it. Closing it (as seen in your shared video) has a momentary effect.

Tested with LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (x64); OS: Windows 10.0.
