After installing the past few versions of Libre Office, I find that vertical scrollbar will not work with mouse wheel in Writer as before. It still works in other programs and in Calc, etc. If I click on vertical scroll indicator, I can still drag down/up through document - just not with mouse wheel.
Could you please inform us on the OS you are using?
OS is Windows7 Home Premium.
