LibreOffice 4.2 OSX does not allow me to delete/edit anything in Template Manager

I accidentally saved a writer document as a template, It didn’t bother me at first until I found out I was unable to delete it. When I open Template Manager and attempt to delete the file, the usual “pop-up” appears asking if i would like to delete selected files. I click yes and nothing happens, the template remains. When I try editing the template, it causes the app to force-close in error. Is there a work around to this issue?

Confirmed with LO 4.2.0.4 on Windows7.

I am not sure in OSX but have a look in the options of LibO and look there for “path”. There you could possibly find the folder in which the templates are stored. Open this folder with the finder and delete or move what is needed.

This recipe works in Windows and I assume and hope it is similar in a Mac.

LibreOffice → Preferences → LibreOffice → Paths → Templates

@manj_k - thanks for adding the Mac terms and bug info.
