I installed 4.2.0 on my Win8.1 64bit machine. Installation proceeds without a hitch, but when I try to run I get told that icuuc51.dll is missing. If I copy the file into the program directory I get asked for icucd51.dll and if I copy that into the directory the program crashes. I have copied all the ic*.dll files from a 4.1.5 installation, but 4.2.0 just keeps crashing. I jave the MS c++ 2012 installed, but that does not help either.
Any suggestions?
