Install Libra Office fresh to new build. Both old and new sys.'s are Win 10 64 bit OS. Need to restore Doc"s from most recent backup. What is the best way to procede.

How should we know anything about how you did your backup (LibreOffice doesn’t do it)?
How is the question related to the database frontend application Base? If this is not a database question, retag to common instead of base. Hit Enter twice to exit retag mode.

How do you expect we can help? Apart from Win 10 mention, there is no technical data such as the new and old LO versions. You don’t describe your backup procedure.
To be able to cope with such questions, we need to buy crystal balls or try to graduate in mind-reading. Unfortunately such shops or universities are quite rare.
If both of these machines are on the same network (wired or wifi) you can just copy them via Windows file share.
