using Draw. Color replacer was working. It no longer opens.
Maybe it is off screen? Have you changed screen to a smaller size or larger magnification? In Windows you can move a dialog or window that is off-screen by pressing Alt+Spacebar, then pressing M, then pressing arrow keys to move window into screen
