This is in regards to the addressing envelopes.
Right now to address the envelope we need to go to “Insert” and the envelope option is at the bottom of the list.
It would be much easier if it’s icon was positioned next to printers icons.

You can do that yourself. Select Tools - Customize - Toolbars tab. In category, select Insert, then scroll down to Envelope. Click Arrow Right to copy it to the General Toolbar, then click it and use the Up arrows to move it to where you want it. Repeat for any other functions that you want to have on a toolbar.
