Wrong formula results in Calc or I am doing something wrong?

I have different grades (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10) in sheet 1. I use simple function “countif” to count grades and then to calculate percentage. However, this happened twice (see photo).

When second grades is entered in sheet 1, everything is working fine (even after I delete that grade, and still have only one grade). Any idea why is this happening?

How do you enter the numbers is in column C? By hand exact as they appear, calculated and displayed as “0” or “1”. If they are calculated and rounded to 0, 1 you might have some real value there that give you a result <>0.

Can you include an example of what is in the “Broj” (COUNTIF) column? Would seem like the displayed zero is not actually a zero or that the COUNTIF is not returning what is expected? What is the format of the “Broj” column? EDIT: Did not see the comment by @horst. My question is the same, just worded differently.

This is the column C7. “=COUNTIF($Ocjene.$AB$4:$AB$173;B7)” and B7 is just number “7”. I’ve already had an Calc document with two sheets (Ocjene and Statistika)… after an makeup exam, I deleted all grades from students and then started entering the new one… and that is when it happened.

I will check if it’s possible to reproduce this error and then upload file here

Hi @Ljiljan, try to recalculate the whole document by pressing Shift+Ctrl+F9. There might be old data left over.
