How can I remove the red markings on individual cells, with details of last change?

The cell under the arrow reveals details of the last change to the cell. I don’t want to see this!

Hello,

disable Track Changes feature: Edit -> Track Changes -> [ ] Record or use CTRL+SHIFT+C

I have this too the solution above results in a password request. I have never set a password.How do I proceed ?
