Document logo is vacant, as opposed to others showing document logo. File can be accessed through the graphic representation.
What is your question and what do you mean by “…requires app to open”? Or is that specific document protected by a password (which means: LibreOffice can’t show the embedded thumbnail and you see a generic representation of the file type only).
