Does anyone have `localc` issues with screen draw ?

I’m using LibreOffice 7.0.3.1 00(Build:1) on a Lubuntu-20.10 system and localc is giving me big troubles with screen drawing. Doing some simple operations like closing a message or trying to edit a comment results in the window NOT being refreshed anymore rendering the tool unusable.

Did it happen to anyone around here ? Where should I report such a bug ?

You are using 7.0.3.1 00(Build:1) which is the distribution’s implementation of LibreOffice. Hence I’d assume the bug tracking system of your distribution is the starting point to report bugs.
