How to set paper format in Draw to US Letter

Hello.

The text in my PDF (generated from Linkedin) does not fit any of the formats (a4, letter…) available in Draw. I can see from Inkscape that the format of the PDF is US Legal but I cannot find it in the Page → Format drop down menu. How do I set the page format to something custom or to US Legal?
