Selecting cells from colum , in calc

Hello!
I have many numbers in one column (more than 4000). These are numbers from 100 to 900.
I have to delete those rows containing numbers beginning with 2, 3 and 8.

Please, how to do it?
Is there any tutorial, usefull?

I mean, how to SELECT just those I want to delete!!!

I have to select those beginning with 3 (3??) because all those are ment to be deleted.
As I have more then 2000 numbers 200-299, (they ARE sorted ascending!!!) how to find the first 300?

You can simply sort ascending or descending and delete. This might be the fastest way if you have no experience with formulas.
Before I would write a formula I would do it this way as the number of groups to be deleted is only 11.

Yes, I did sort them ascending, but as the column is about 4000 cells high, what is the easiest way to select exact those beginning with 2, 3 or 8?
