Unable to edit an Example Form

When I try to edit the Form “Class” in Example_cursorjump_subform_mainform.odb downloaded from https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/5/52/Sample-databases.zip to follow the Text Box properties as on page 198 of BG-64-BaseGuide.pdf, I see a “spinner”, and after a whole Base closes. This happens with and without macros being enabled. What am I missing?

Can confirm. However, have no idea what is causing it. Does work under Ubuntu 20.04 Mate without incident. Other samples seem to be OK.

I have searched for instructions on how to get a dump, or log of this to submit as a bug. Document Recovery runs. I did not see the option to send a crash report. I looked in AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\crash and there is nothing with today’s date.

If possible, please point me to instructions as to how to gather the needed information to submit a bug report with valuable information.

You have all that is needed. Basically it is LO version (always best to test with latest) a sample (which you have) your OS and how you arrived at the problem. Post on Bugzilla
