I saw this web site from a big telecom company in Portugal selling licenses of LibreOffice like 3,50€ a month, is this true?

@vbmluis - Why don't you download your copy of LibO at no cost from:

http://www.libreoffice.org/download/?type=win-x86&version=4.2.0&lang=pick

you can select even Portuguese and Portuguese (Brazil).
