Is there a way to do this? Searching seems to say no :((
From my experience macOS Dock does not show any recent “files” but only recent “programs” (and I couldn’t find any Dock setting to show recent files and hence in turn no option to deactivate).
I believe you, but my Big Sur with option click on libre in dock shows recents, despite removing them from the gallery when opening libre
MY ERROR, just by clicking and holding libra in the dock the past files show…would like to not show history
my error, just by clicking libre in dock, shows a list of previous documents opened
