HOw do I change the font color?
Did you want to change the text colour manually? Or change the Master slide/default text? To change manually:

Select the text that you want to change.

Open the sidebar, View > Sidebar or press Ctrl+F5 once or twice until it appears

In the sidebar, click the Properties icon (near the top of the right hand icons, tooltip Properties)

Look for the icon that looks like an A with a coloured bar, click the arrow next to it and choose a colour for your text.
