Don't know what are you doing. Currently latest stable is 4.2.x, so you are trying to install some development version or something. I suggest to remove your current installation by:

sudo apt-get remove libreoffice*

and then install LibreOffice 4.2 PPA by:

On the other hand. If you really would like to install 4.3.x development version, you need to write where did you download the code from and what are you trying to do. We need more info...
