What kind of help do you expect? This is community forum driven by people of there spare time, free of charge. Or are you looking for professional help, like paid support? Please write more info. Also write what is your LibreOffice version and what is your operating system version. Also please write are you one single person using this software or is there a organization behind - like some large organization. More info, better the answer is going to be.

This is user driven LibreOffice forum. You need to type in a question if you would like to get an answer. There are also a lot of other ways to get help: https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/ - the closest is IRC where you chat (by typing) with people using LibreOffice.

But if you need some real support (outside of community) like paid support, then you can look at one of the best out there: https://www.collabora.com/projects/libreoffice - this kind of support is mainly suited for organizations and companies having real problems they can't solve just by using community help.

You should write more info what kind of support do you need.

I'm afraid not. Unless you want to contract some certified support company. In that case the company probably has phone/live support. This is a voluntary driven answer/question site. Maybe your question was already answered? Feel free to look around and to ask :)
