The VBA is a MS Office feature. There is not such thing in thew LibreOffice. You can call the API functions from a StarBasic code (or from other supported programming languages). (Yes, the LO can launch some of the VBA code - in the compatibility mode -, but not all of them.)

You must study and use the API and the StarBasic.
