I have a 2 column document. The middle margins are very minimal. I need to widen them. How do I do that in writer?
Modify the properties of the current page style.
With the cursor in the part of the document you want to customize (in case you used several page styles), Format>Page Style. The Columns tab contains the setting you are looking for: Spacing.
