I’ve tried to insert a pic but there is no option in header.
because I want to repeat the same pic on every page.

You have to insert the header first (it is an attribute of the page style). Then you can insert the pic in the header.

If there is no header yet, click the blue popup that should appear when you’re at the top of the page. Then put the cursor inside and either use the toolbar button to add a picture or add it with the menu Insert > Image.
