It does not seem reasonable to me to cite third-party programs as a comparison. It would be pure coincidence if someone uses this foreign program in the same version as you.

To my knowledge LibreOffice Draw doesn’t have such a feature. The CorelDraw equivalent in open-source software would be Inkscape, which has a curve measuring tool in Extensions → Visualize Path → Measure Path
According to Help on Cadlo site the angular dimension (translation from French) of an arc can be dimensioned as well as radius.
