how do i create graph paper templates on pc

I want to create a template for 10 squares to the inch graph paper

I don’t know how to create templates, but have you already searched LibreOffice Extensions ? I know of three graph papers there but they are all metric-based, although I have not searched through them recently.

Writer is not the right tool for that. Use Draw.
