Is it possible to turn off function “Moving Cells by Drag-and-Drop”. I am constantly moving some dates accidently… 
If you are in Windows, you might have ClickLock turned on which enables you to highlight or to drag without holding down the mouse button.
The setting is in Control Panel > Mouse, in tab Buttons, untick ClickLock
