How to move between footnotes and text with the keyboard?

I know page up moves the cursor from the footnote to the anchor in the text, but what about vice versa? When scrolling down the cursor moves from the bottom of the text to the top of the next page of text, skipping the footnotes (unlike Word). Trying to avoid using the mouse as much as possible as I’m working on a very long document with a lot of footnotes and it’s a lot slower. Thanks in advance!

Does the answer from follow hyperlinks with keyboard work for you?

Thanks but no unfortunately not - it works with hyperlinks but not footnote anchors (there is no option in the context menu to ‘open’ or ‘go to’). So frustrating as it seems like such a simple little thing.
